My first paintings were all portraits and I supported my artwork when in college in the 60’s by doing portraits, having the opportunity to spend summer months taking private lessons with a dedicated portrait artist. In keeping with my interest in Native American Shamanism, some of my paintings involve animal totems as guides to people, and in some paintings my real-world animals have human guides.
Also below is a recent collection of race car drivers, all in watercolor and all 15 x 22 inches on Fabiano 300 lbs. cotton. These were exhibited at the Lime Rock Park for racing in the driver’s lounge, during the 2 main events of 2016 – the Historic Car event and the Ferrari event. I hope you enjoy them. They aren’t for sale individually, as the collection will remain intact this year for gallery and museum shows. Contact me if you have a venue where they could be shown. Prints would be available at the shows for sale.
